No Internet connection after connecting to F5 Big-IP edge client

Hi Admin

 

Need advise for the following issue encountered with my Android device after F5 connection.

 

SMS, whatsapp and Internet browsing are all being disable after F5 connection. But iOS don't encounter such issue.

 

Has anyone encountered this issue. Please assist to advise. Greatly appreciate for your help.

    The F5 Edge Client when connecting to APM has options to enable / disable split tunneling. I would recommend having a look at these connectivity profile settings as they might be different for iOS and Android.
