No held transaction to sink.

I am seeing following warning messageon LTM : any ideas what it could be ?: tmm[7930]: 01480001:4: No held transaction to sink.

you may open a case to verify if it is a bug 400693. anyway, it should be only warning message (i.e. no impact).
