Newly created users won't show in the GUI

Hi guys,

 

I'm experiencing something weird here. I'm adding a new user to access my BigIPs, the task complete successfully, but on the refresh of the User List I don't see the newly created user. I've checked in each Partitions, the user is not shown anywhere.

 

I've logged on the console, the user is defined in the /etc/passwd, and in the bigip_user.conf file.

 

I've experienced that behavior on my BigIP 4000 LTM v11.6 HF6 and on my virtuals one running the same software LTM v11.6 HF6...

 

Anyone experienced that?

    If you re-login into the Configuration Utility, can you see the change?

    Nope... nothing in the GUI... The users still manageable through the command line... And that work to give them permission etc... but it would be nice to find out what cause the created user not being displayed on the GUI...
