New to iRules

Dear all,

 

 

I don't have much experience on iRules, and would like to if iRules can do the followings:

 

 

My client is running native Lotus client/ server application on port 1352. There are 2 Lotus servers behind the BIGIP, each with its own host names, and will only handle traffic targeted for its host name. So in order to load balance these service, I have to 1. know which server the BIGIP has load balanced the traffic to; 2. check if server 1 is chosen, and the host name of server 2 is used, convert the host name to server 1 in the data, and vice versa.

 

 

Is it possible to achieve my purpose through iRules, if yes, how can I do so?
