Hi, It is a standard HTTP monitor?

 

Try:

 

GET /User/MobileSiteStart/List HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n

 

or

 

GET /User/MobileSiteStart/List HTTP/1.1\r\nHost: www.hostname.com\r\nConnection: Close\r\n\r\n
