did you install 11.2.1 hf10? did you switchboot to 10.1.0 partition/slot and then installed 11.2.1 hf10? - Yes, I did the same.

 

sorry i mistyped. the correct method is that you have to switchboot to 11.2.1 partition/slot and then install 11.2.1 hf10 to 10.1.0 partition/slot. you know it is not possible to install software/hotfix on current active partition/slot.
