Network access launch current browser and parameters

Hello, Network access can launch application with parameters (after being connected) : I can launch IE, default browser with cmd for example... but i want to launch the same browser that it is used with the APM. (that of session.client.type value ? and without script deployed by GPO) you have an idea ? Thanks
