NimbostratusNetwork Access - configuration read timed out/Failed to download configuration
Hello guys,
So I have followed this manual to add Network Access to our existing page but it looks like it keeps failing every time when trying to connect. I have tried Win10 as well as MAC OS using different browsers (IE. Edge, Safari, Chrome) and getting the same error message:
TUNNEL_SERVER_READY_CHECK - configuration read timed out Failed to download configuration (error: 0)

What am I missing here..?

Sounds like a network level timeout. Have you tcpdumped between the client and the virtual server? Or it could be an internal port blocked by security software (see: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/17000/300/sol17372.html?sr=57214299)
