Need to understand if SIGTRAN over SCTP is supported by F5-LTM-VE 11.3.0

We are trying to virtual server for SCTP which can load balance the SIGTRAN protocol traffic for cellular networks [3G/UMTS]. Could you please let us know if this is achievable? If yes, could you please point us to any relevant articles.

Note: We are not looking for SIP/Diameter protocol over SCTP
