Need to add Maintenance Using Table and KVP

Hi,

I need to make an irule using table and KVP in which i need the following condition.

1. Need a table format in which i can add URI and Domain,s
2. Need to add KVP (status to decide what to execute) in order to decide whether i need to block or apply maintenance to those URI or domains
