use this irule :

when HTTP_REQUEST {
  if {[HTTP::host] equals "www.abc.com" && [HTTP::path] equals "/cat/dog/tiger.aspx"} {
    HTTP::redirect "https://www.xyz.com//cat/dog/tiger[HTTP::query]"
  }
}
