Need help with the redirections to poor

Hi,

 

I have a requirement where user would have two urls -

 

https://xyz.example.com - this request should be redirected to PoolA with member 10.1.1.20 listening on 443 https://xyz.example.com:8443 - this request should be redirected to PoolB with member of 10.1.1.30 listening on 2100

 

needs ideas to achieve this?
