Here's a newbie question that I need some assistance with. I need to write an irule that will -
Initial Request -- http://www.abc.com
Redirect --- http://www.abc.com:9443
Searching through some of the postings, will this work?
when HTTP_REQUEST {
HTTP::redirect "http://www.abc.com:9443"
}

Hi Marker,
Do you have a VS defined on port 80 and a separate one on port 9443? If so you should be able to use that iRule on the port 80 VS to redirect all requests to the 9443 VS.
Is the 9443 VS used for SSL? If so, you should change the rule to redirect to https://www.abc.com:9443.
