Just be careful, the first condition for your elseif will be : 

elseif { { [HTTP::header "Upgrade"] contains "WebSocket" } && { [string tolower [HTTP::host]] starts_with "ws" } } {

The mistake was just on "Upgrade" instead of "WebSocket"
