I guess I need a little clarification on the process that a normal request goes through in this environment.

 

 

When a user contacts the public VIP, it hits the authentication server. Assuming the user authenticates properly...then what? It's forwarded to one of the web servers by the auth server, or it's re-load balanced to another VIP, or what?
