Need help setting up VS with NetTCP for WCF Application

I'm trying to get a virtual server configured for load balancing a WCF Application that uses NetTCP. My application support people are telling me that the load balancer is tweaking the messages sent from the client to the nettcp services server on the backend.

 

I'm using using Performance Layer 4 type for the VS. I'm wondering if I need to create a custom TCP profile and if so how would those settings need to be set? I'm new to F5 so any help would be greatly appreciated!
