need help setting up an http monitor

So, should be a simple basic question that I'm not finding in the documentation:

 

I want to send a very basic GET from an http monitor, and in the response, I want it to check on a specific page for a specific text string to confirm that the server is up. it's a muti-word response, such as 'This Server Is Working'.

 

example:

 

http://test.url.com/server.html response: This server is up

 

I tried putting in the commands in the monitor, but it's not working, and I figure I'm doing something stupid I can't figure out. What would be the best way to do this?
