Hello, I need help with the python script to create a csr, write the generated csr to a text file, install certificate on the csr and applying the certificate to a ssl profile.

MVPThat sounds like professional services :) If you want to try to do this yourself and need assistance troubleshooting, then of course you may receive some more help.
You may be able to find something that works out of box, or even has some good python code for reference here: https://github.com/f5devcentral/lets-encrypt-python.
