Need help in creating a monitor

Hello All,

I got a requirement to create a monitor to check the health of a host.

Type the REST API command GET https://IP_Address:443/xxx.yyy

the response would be - 

HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Please let me know what would be the format of send and receive string.
