NameSurfer

Hi,

 

 

Does anybody know how to troubleshoot an issue with NameSurfer and 3DNS v 4.5 whereby an error is received in NameSurfer: Update failed: Server failure The name server encountered an internal failure while processing this request, for example an operating system error or forwarding timeout

 

 

I know that this is an old product but any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
