The main issue that I have noticed with Nagle's is its bad interaction with delayed acknowledgements (http://www.stuartcheshire.org/papers/nagledelayedack/),,) so I also often disable Nagle's in my custom TCP profiles that I use in my environment. Troubleshooting those particular issues are always quite challenging
