Multiple Virtual Servers with One Pool - SSL Failures
So we have an oddball configuration where we have been directed to have one virtual server for internal traffic (behind our firewall on our WAN) and a second virtual server for external traffic (from the internet – outside our walls). Both of these virtual servers share the same pool of application servers. Duplicate this scenario for both port 80 and 443 VS pairs. Is this a valid configuration?
The reason I ask is because we are having Mixed Content Error SSL failure issues across two different applications that are configured this way… Also we have tried SSL passthrough and SSL termination in the LTM. Same issue…
Any thoughts?

Try using a stream profile on the VS on which this application is using.. Create something like this
under Local traffic --> Profiles --> other --> stream@http://@https://@@

Hi,
Does web site contain external links to JavaScript files?
Mixed content appears when https web site references content from other http web sites.

It is likely to be the webpages in your application. BigIP have no issue with multiple VS sharing the same pool.
