multiple selfip on on one vlan
In my old F5 config I see multiple self Ip address configured for each Vlan all ips are in correct subnet . But my query was will there be any reason of doing it like that

Is it only self IP or there's some floating IP ?
If it's only self IP can you check your SNAT configuration, maybe you're using different self IP to SNAT traffic on your virtual servers.
I suggest you to check, type of self IPs and SNAT and routing configuration.

Thanks for reply , Self Ip is only 1 , reast are floating ip address with unit id 1 or 2 . I dont see any of these floating ip address being used in SNAT or routes . In SNAT we have pool defined the member in pool are not the one which are present in floating ip

I think you have a cluster, isn't it ?
With a cluster, you have 1 self IP per BIG-IP and 1 or more floating IP per VLAN.
You can find multiple floating IPs if you are using more than 1 traffic group.
