Multiple Port wtih Pool Member and Virtual Server

Dear Mr. Jenkins,

       I have attached next image. Please check and advice me. 
       My requirement is Two Web server with both services port 80 and 8080. 
       In this scenario, Do I need two virtual server with each pool , I mean 80 pools and 8080 pools. 
       If I create only one virtual server listen port * ( All ports ) and pool contains both 80 and 8080. 
       Which one is better ? what is the best practice?
