Multiple LTM Configurations
We have two data centers located in different parts of the country and each data center is a disaster recovery site for the other. Each data center has its own network that functions separate from the other data center. So, one data center uses the 1.1.1.0 network for its internal hosts and the other data center uses the 1.2.1.0 network for its internal hosts. In the event of a disaster to one of the data centers, our goal is to bring up that network in the other data center which would include the LTM configuration. So, all vlans, self IP's, virtual servers, pools, nodes, routes, etc. from the LTM in the data center that is experiencing the disaster would have to be created on the LTM in the other data center. Our initial thoughts are to create this configuration manually through the Web interface on the LTM when a disaster occurs. But, I wanted to find out if there is any other way to do this that would make it easier. Is there a way to have multiple configurations on the LTM and just activate the one you want when needed? Or, can the configuration from the LTM be imported and merged to the other LTM? Or, any other suggestions?

Use GTM in 'Global availability' mode if you have one. This will automate your DR process and even from an object (VIP) level.
