If we have one web application which provides two language variants (english and regional language) , how do we need to apply the application language settings in ASM. Any suggestions...

EmployeeASM is concerned with the encoding of the characters, more than the languages. So if the application uses utf-8 for both, this is not a concern, but if it uses utf-8 for one and say ISO-8859-5 for another, you will need two ASM policies, one for each language.
