Not really.

 

 

The way you're doing your config (WIth CNAME records to a separate domain) is the one I chose. I like it. However the one problem is domain level resolution. You can't insert a CNAME record for the domain itself, because you can't have any other records for an entity that has a CNAME record... Best you could do there is maybe RR... Ugly, but at least it's only for the initial redirect to www.domain.com

 

 

Unless u can come up with some other way to doit... (e.g. inlining the GTM, but I don't like that because it removes the ability to run multiple secondaries unless you have a GTM to cover each of them).
