CirrusFor CPU/Memory/Throughput/Total Connections, it depends on the hardware platform and how you are utilizing it (single or multi tenant / application resource consumption). You can set a threshold that is 50-70% of the limit of the platform and start considering an upgrade once the threshold is hit. TPS depends on your licensing and platform.
If you are using the device in Active-Active setting, you would have to utilize a threshold lower than 50%.
