Monitoring Server latency avarage every minute

Hi i want to monitor the avarage of the server latency (like the AVR does) but i want to do this every minute and not every 5 minute. every 5 minute is too much time to see if there is an issue. i want to messue my latency every minute. is there any way to do this ?

    There are so many tool available in market(Free & paid) to monitor server status. i.e Solarwind, Nagios, etc. One of the best option is Solarwind.
