Monitoring Rate Shaping

Hi all, I've received a challenge to monitor a rate shaping applied onto 2 Virtual Servers with a bunch of pool members. The base rate is set as 2mbps, ceiling rate 3mbps and burst size 1mbps. Is there a way to monitor the traffic for the 2 Virtual Servers in real time (e.g plotting a graph) and able to show that the rate class is working effectively?
