Monitor which will do HTTP POST

Hi guys Can someone help with creating monitor which will do : http post to : https://test.test.com/Platina/Modules/Properties/WsPropertiesAnonymous.asmx/GetMaskedFields then POST the value using Request body : usrPropID=10000012&propID=4 Then return value should be http://test.org
