Monitor Syntax

For Sharepoint apps, I have two Hosts, host1.domain.gov and host2.domain.gov, each with an IIS Monitor,in a Pool, and a Virtual Server, virt.domain.gov, using that pool. There are several sharepoint app URLs with CName Records pointing to the Virtual Server (e.g., app1.domain.gov to virt.domain.gov). The user wants to have separate Pools for each app. For the Proof of Concept, they have created a page app1.domain.gov/monitor.html on each of the Hosts. If I use a browser to app1.domain.gov/monitor.html, I get a page that starts with . I can’t figure out the correct syntax to check each host for the app1.domain.gov/monitor.html Get. Can anyone help?
