Hi,
We are migrating a load balancing solution from Citrix to F5 LTM. We have already migrated all the services that were on the old Citrix platform and it works without problems. However, there is a solution that I have not been able to replicate in F5 devices, the configuration of a monitor. I need to configure a monitor to check if a microsoft service is "running" or not, in the case that this service is in a "stop" or "down" state, the monitor will be able to realize this and lower the poolmember. The Microsoft service is SwitchBio and I need that when that specific service is "down" also the poolmember to which it is associated is "down"
Is there any way to configure the monitor?
The version installed on the devices is: 12.1.3-5

Is the service responsible for a tcp port that you can check with a tcp monitor?
