Monitor BigIP with SCOM

Is anyone using SCOM to monitor BigIP devices? Can't find a SCOM management pack.

 

 

What do most clients use SNMP or syslog?

    All depends on how much value you find in snmp and syslog.

    Check back right here on DevCentral mid-to-late March for some exciting news concerning F5 and SCOM... :-)

     

     

    Once I have more concrete details, I'll update this thread.

    I read an article that F5 would be providing a MP for OM 2007. ( http://www.eweek.com/c/a/IT-Infrastructure/Microsoft-Signs-First-Systems-Management-OEM/ )

     

     

    Did this MP ever get created? Using a MP from Jalasoft or Quest is not an option.

    Can you give me some idea on what on the way? I really need a MP for OM that targets F5 devices specifically.

    The F5 management pack will target the F5 products, just a couple weeks out on details
