    After checking the license carefully.... The GTM module shows as enabled but it is rate limited.

It seems like your license key have both GTM and LTM, but this doesn't restrict your BigIP to behave as GTM over LTM or vice-versa. If you would like to use as LTM only, I would advise to disable GTM provisioning. Normally, LTM and GTM licenses are charged seperately but you can confirm with F5.

    Thanks, that is the weird part... we pay for F5-BIG-LTM-4000S which suppose to be: BIG-IP SWITCH: LOCAL TRAFFIC MANAGER 4000S (16GB MEM, MAX SSL, MAX HW COMP)(HW MODEL 4000) Yet, the GTM appears with a nominal license. We want to use the GTM but I wonder if it's going to be supported if we didn't pay for it. I'll give a call to F5 support to see what they say.

    If you want to use GTM as well then might want to check with F5 support to make sure your license have provision to full GTM functionality.
