Modifying Files Into the Sandbox Directory

Perhaps this seems like an extremely novel question, but how exactly do you get html files placed into the sandbox directory? I am assuming you dont upload them to FirePass through FTP like you would...

The sandbox directory is maintained via webdav and can be maintained by a client such as Internet Explorer. Details are in the FirePass online help (from the admin console) or take a look at askf5 solution SOL4440.
