Mobile Operator is getting Blocked through BIG IP

As if now , nothing is blocked in F5. Because for accessing this application using Laptop but and also I am getting TCPDUMP for that. But When I access through Phone neither it is accessible nor I am observing any tcpdump onF5.

 

Can you please tell how to see log of these operator based application and how to access the application.
