It is not enabled, it says unliceneced. What would be the basic steps to get that licensed?

Hello hozkodai

You need AFM License, please refer to https://www.f5.com/trials/big-ip-virtual-edition and submit a trial request.

You should recieve registration Keys that include AFM license.
