Missing routes and VIP after LTM upgrade?

We upgraded from 11.3.0 to 11.5.4 however after the upgrade there were some missing route and VIP. Because of which we had to rollback the change. We used the command tmsh save sys config but even after that we faced this issue. Can some please let us know why this issue happens and what we can do to avoid it in the future.

    Have you tried to load an archive post upgrade? Have you checked the log files to see why a route or VIP was not migrated over? You might want to check the 11.5.4 upgrade notes on items that may have an issue getting converted over.
