Missing resources (css, js) from web page

After I added a redirect if I open the page it looks like is missing resources. After few hard refresh the page is displayed normally. Any thoughts about what's happening ?   Thank you

Are the resources in http or https ? May be the redirect is sending you to https but the resources are in http ?
