Migrating from ADFS 2012 to ADFS 2016

Hey there,

 

I was wondering what monitor shall we apply for the new servers being added for ADFS 2016 which do not support IIS on them. The previous set up had an external monitor for the ADFS Farm and Proxy pools.

 

ltm monitor external ADFS-Farm_adfs_eav { app-service /PARTITION/ADFS-Farm.app/ADFS-Farm defaults-from /Common/external destination : interval 30 partition PARTITION run /PARTITION/ADFS-Farm.app/adfs_eav time-until-up 0 timeout 91 user-defined HOST XYZ.com user-defined RECV "200 OK" user-defined URI / } We have similar for Proxy. what monitor can we apply for the new 2016 servers. The existing one was not working and marking the new servers down. Any suggestion?

    Forgot to mention, we are using a Virtual edition running on v13.0 HF3. ADFS 2012 is configured via iApp template with SSL bridging on LTM module. We also have VIPs created for port 49443 for Farm and Proxy which is used by different region to access OWA.
