Migrate from 10.2.4 platform 3400 to 11.4.1 platform 4200

I recently upgraded a pair of 1600's from 10.2.3 to 11.4.1 HF4 with no issues. I tested the upgrade process on a couple of VE's

Just a couple things to be mindful of:

1. re-license your appliances before you begin the upgrade process
2. When you upgrade, shut down your port-channel/interfaces to remove the possibility of both units going active/active (if you're using an active/standby configuration).
3. pre-install the 11.4.1 image, but don't install the hotfix until you are ready to upgrade.
