microsoft owa hangs when trying to access ecp

Microsoft OWA hangs when trying to access ECP I am running bigip 11.5.2 . exchange 2010 servers when i go directly to the server everything works. when we go through bigip it freezes ecp. i do not have compression enabled. Has anyone seen this issue were ecp locks up. i put a ticket in to support they took a few packet captures. but still cannot find the resolution.
