Microsoft Excange 2010 with LTM+APM - Outlook Client 2016 not able to connect

Hello everybody,

 

i have an issue that recently some of users starting using outlook client 2016 on their Pcs but there aren't able to login.

 

is there any solution for this issue or any one face this issue before.
