Memory leakage after upgrading 11.6 to 12.1

Are there anyone face with the memory leakage problem after upgrading 11.6 to 12.1

    What is the exact code version in 12.x that you are using and what is the platform you are utilizing ? My understanding is that you would want to be on 12.1.1 and later code versions.
