Meaning for Availability_State, Enabled_State, Disabled_Parent_Type values on the Dashboard

Been browsing the F5 documentation with no such luck but if there has been a change to a virtual server, a red dot appears in the dashboard. The details around the change events show numerical values but was wondering if anyone can point me to some documentation as to what they mean? For example, the first change shows an availability_state of 3 and the second change shows it back to 1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
