Nimbostratusmass dns add to GTM
Is there anyway to script or batch dns zone creation in the GTM? I have a couple thousand DNS zones that need to be configured and I don't want to do them by hand.

Haarith_DevarajI am assuming you have it in another DNS. You could try making the GTM slave ( named.conf edit) and then force a dns zone transfer.
the only caveat i can think of, is that by moving all your zones to gtm with any automated process, you could theoritically have them all in zonerunner.
You should have as many in the wideip so you can do all the "cool" gtm stuff like dynamic ratio lb, link based control etc.
Nick_T_68319Their all brand new, so they are not configured on another DNS server.
Their all redirects pretty much, so they won't be WideIP's. I just need the SOA and an A record pretty much.
Maverick_80689Has anyone ever been able to do it? I need to modify around 1000 zones with new resource records. Is there a script that i can use?
