Management port has gone down

The mgmt port of my active unit has gone down.     It's not pingable. I can connect to the cli and GUI via the self-ip so I can see that the unit is still functioning normally other than this. ...

Any suggestions on how to diagnose problems with the mngmt port or get it working once the unit is in standby mode without rebooting?are you using auto negotiation speed and duplex?
