Management port has gone down

The mgmt port of my active unit has gone down.     It's not pingable. I can connect to the cli and GUI via the self-ip so I can see that the unit is still functioning normally other than this. ...

can you please post the output of "b interface mgmt show all"?

 

 

Do you see anything if you run tcpdump? cli: tcpdump -ni eth0

 

 

Maybe your mgmt interface is in the wrong vlan at the switch and that's the reason why you can't connect.
