Management Interfaces on Viprion fail to 'talk' to the peer management Interface

We see a strange behavior on our installed Viprions. All management IPs (virtual Chassis IPs, Blade IPs, vCMP IPs) of 4 Chassis are located within the same subnet. All systems are able to talk to the default gateway and the management clients are able to connect to the GUI/cli. But neither of the system is able to connect to an other management IP. For example the vCMP on one Viprion can not connect to the management IP on an other Chassis (we would like to use this communication for Network Failover).

Did someone of you face the same issue? Any ideas?
